PS PLATE TECH SHEET

Long run ps-plate, positive working subtractive, electrochemical grained and anodized on aluminum base of
99.5 alloy AA 1050.
Coating: positive diazo sensitive coating 380Nm, blue color with image change after exposed.
Special mat over coating for perfect vacuum contact between film and plate surface.
For CTP UV and CTCP please order without matting surface.
EXPOSURE
Metal halide UV light source is recommended, with 5000Watt light and distance of 100-120cm, the timing 10-
12 seconds to obtain perfect image reproduction and UGRA or Stouffer Scale/grey
scale step 3-4 clear and 10-12 micron lines broken away.

DEVELOPMENT
Developer conductivity min. 70mSmax 110ms, temperature 20-24 Celsius, developer contact time 15-20
seconds. Developer DCTP-2000 at 85mS, 24 Cels. 20 seconds contact time, compatibel with most popular
positive developers.
SHELF LIFE
24 month from production date, keep in original box at normal temperature conditions

Packing
Plates are wrapped in photo protective paper and packed in carton boxes. The weight of boxes is vary according to
size and thickness, max weight per box 30kg.
